Baby 5 stars simply aren't enough to shower on the BEST car buying experience in my 50 years!! And a bonus star for the cute Lil fur-mascot, who's obviously the king of the castle. Trying to rebuild your life and credit was even harder than it was the first time. Some times, we all need help. Enter - the amazing family/staff at King Brothers. I was ready to move in shortly after arriving being offered a cold drink, a welcome, a thanks for coming to see us, some candy - felt like I was visiting my Mammaw or Aunt. NOT ONE TIME did these lovely folks make me feel like a "number" or "customer" even - more so like family. I felt catered to and like they listened to me, my wants, and what was most important to me. I felt as if I was in the Final Four and had a squad of cheerleaders chanting "go Jamie, go Jamie, go go go Jamie!" They were there to celebrate each step with me. AND I felt like they WANTED to put me in this vehicle. That was a new one for me. So from the most important things to me (my Furbabies), Colby, Bryley, and I would like to shower mad love on the TOP SHELF/GRADE A staff at King Brother's! I personally want to thank you for showing me that THERE ARE still good people left out there and that the vehicle purchase event doesn't have to be bad. Special shout out to EVERY staff member there for I'll cherish a memory of each of you! IF I ever need new wheels, you better bet your sweet dollar I'm rolling with my homies at King Brother's! From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I'll get back to looking good in my new ride. You got my mark!

My overall experience with Mary and Dina at King Brothers was what customer service used to be. They were not just out to make a sale. They listened to my needs and wants. And they delivered!!! Once again Thank you. I am enjoying my new vehicle.

I'm leaving a 5 star review for King Brothers Used Car's Auto sales because my husband and I really needed a vehicle. After reading some other good reviews about their company, we decided to go see if they could help us. We had one vehicle picked out that we wanted to try and get approved for. But it wasn't meant to be. Instead of turning us away, Deanna suggested we try for some of the other vehicles, which were a couple of years newer and with a lot less miles. We never thought to try and get approved for a newer vehicle with less miles, however that's what we were approved for! Initially the first company to approve us decided a week later that they did not want to approve us. This is no fault of anyone at King Brothers, it was just that financing company was being finicky. And once again, instead of asking us to return the vehicle and turning us away, Deanna said there are a couple of other options for us for financing. She worked with a couple of other companies and within a day or two she had everything worked out and we now have a "new" to us car that is definitely much needed. Everyone at King Brother's Used Cars was friendly, nice & understanding (especially with our current credit issues). Deanna always greeted us with a warm smile, a joyful attitude and a genuine sincerity that always made us feel cared for and valued; not just as a customer but as people who had a need and she tried very hard to help meet that need for us. We can't imagine every buying another good quality used vehicle from anyone else. I will always recommend them to anyone who I meet and I look forward to our next purchase in the future to be made at King Brothers Used Cars.

I don’t even know where to start honestly. I was referred here by my brother who has had an amazing experience with King Brothers. I was super skeptical because I have *very poor* credit and I’m trying to rebuild at the moment. I spent most of the day this past Friday 7/15 at King Brothers and let me just say; Mary, Deana, Doug, Doug’s wife- these people are truly the nicest group of people I’ve ever met in my life. They are not trying to just sell you a car and get you out the door. Deana and Mary both went to bat SO HARD for me and helped me walk out of there with a beautiful, dependable car for me and my family. I am so eternally grateful for this dealership and these people for helping me so much. I’m in love with my car, the warranty is great, payments are good, everything worked out so perfectly because they really care about their customers. I will NEVER deal with anyone else. 🤎🤎🤎

I had an amazing experience here! The staff was super easy to work with and made the whole process stress-free. They gave me a great trade-in value on my old vehicle and worked with me to get the perfect price on a car that’s absolutely perfect for me.
